Heller Couples - Emma & Mike

Mike and his mom came to Heller Jewelers a few months ago to find the perfect engagement ring for his then-girlfriend, Emma. With the help of our wonderful team, Mike designed the perfect custom ring.

“Nancy was beyond helpful in every possible way. She was patient, knowledgeable, informative, and such a positive presence”, says Mike.

Nancy made sure to take note of every detail and saved them away for when the time was right to begin creating Emma’s dream ring. When Mike went in to pick up the ring, he brought his family, and champagne was brought out for everyone to celebrate.

Mike and Emma met in the summer of 2020 in San Francisco when their friends set them up on a date in the park. “We had an instant connection and immediately became inseparable. We started to spend every weekend together from Tahoe, SF, LA, NY, and everywhere in between”, says Mike.  

After spending nearly four years together, on the morning of February 24th, Mike and Emma went on an early morning run together before heading for a "brunch in Point Reyes". In Emma's mind, they were meeting friends for brunch and a tour of the radio station at the end of the Cypress Tree Tunnel. The weather was perfect, allowing Emma to wear her best sundress.

Emma had no idea that Mike would be getting on one knee in the middle of the never-ending cypress tree tunnel. Mike asked to take a picture of Emma, and instead of pulling his phone out of his coat pocket, he pulled out the beautiful custom Heller Jewelers engagement ring and got down on one knee!
